Price includes:

  • 8 days of MTB trails with guides
  • Airport shuttle | transportation to and from the MTB trails
  • MTB permits to ride on specific trails
  • MTB Facilities: Workshop for maintenance and safe storage
  • Booking restaurants and activities
  • ZA MTB Experience transportation | Uber cab to and from restaurants in the evening

Please direct your attention to the following:

  • You are responsible for obtaining adequate travel, and cancellation insurance
  • Check with your insurance if Mountain Biking is within the coverage
  • You accept during the booking the indemnity statement in which you declare to participate at your own risk
  • You accept during the booking the general (travel) conditions of our organization
  • Your passport must still be valid for at least 30 days upon departure from South Africa

    Staggered payment

    We offer the possibility to choose an installment payment. The first term is a deposit of € 500 (directly at the time of booking). The second installment is the remaining payment 2 months before the start of the event you have booked.

    Create your own

    Yes it is possible! With your MTB Club, group of friends, company or bike store you can put together your own edition of the South Africa MTB Experience. Request an online introduction with us and we will explain all the possibilities.

    Event types

    If you scroll through the events you will read whether it is private, exclusive or open. An Open Tour can be booked by anyone. Private and Exclusive Events are booked when you are invited by an MTB Club, a company or bike store.
