The Western Cape is a unique piece of nature, also called the Cape Floral Region. Eight areas in the Western Cape fall under Unesco World Heritage Site. It is among the top three in the world for biodiversity, and to think that in this area more than 1,500 km of mountain bike trail await you. Also unique is the ocean wildlife, the Western Cape is known for the annual migration of whales to Walkerbay, the white sharks of Gansbaai and the penguins at Boulder Beach.
Big 5 Safari
The South Africa MTB Experience can be combined with a visit to our partner Izingwe Safari Lodge in the beautiful Welgevonden Nature Reserve in Limpopo. A BIG 5 safari where you can spot elephants, lions, rhinos and leopard with a private ranger.
MTB Safari
You can combine the South Africa MTB Experience with a visit to our event partner Summerplace Nature Reserve in Limpopo. Unique MTB safaris where you can spot giraffes, warthogs, zebras and wild beast while mountain biking.
Create your own
Yes it is possible, with your MTB Club, group of friends, company or bike store you can put together your own edition of the South Africa MTB Experience including an MTB Safari and Big 5 Safari. Request an online introduction with us and we will explain all the possibilities.
