If you fly to South Africa to go mountain biking, you want to be 100% sure that you combine the most beautiful trails every day. Well, we give you that guarantee. You go mountain biking with the locals!
  • On average, we spend 4 hours a day on our bikes.
  • All trail days are scalable in terms of kilometers and elevation meters.
  • From six participants we guide with two guides and from nine participants with three guides. This gives us the opportunity to ride the route a little differently with part of the group for more kilometers or technical challenges.
  • No program is written in stone.
  • Depending on the group and the weather, the guides will decide which trails to ride.

Duration: 10 days | 8 nights | 8 trail days

  • Monday November 3 arrival | November 4 1st trail day
  • Monday November 10th last overnight stay | Tuesday November 11th last trail day = departure day
  • Maximum 12 places available

 

  • At this Event it is possible to book your non-cycling partner
  • There is no separate affiliate program
  • You can request an overview of (optional) activities from us
  • You decide when you undertake another activity with your partner | friend
  • Optional activities are not included in the price

    We are Karin and Marcel Bosgra, passionate cyclists from the beautiful Nijverdal, located on the Sallandse Heuvelrug - a paradise for mountain bikers, gravel riders and racing cyclists. Karin has completed her education at the C.I.O.S in Heerenveen and a lot of experience. In 2020, Karin opened her Total Bikefitting studio. Marcel is active in co-organizing MTB activities in the region, including the MTB multi-day event for cycling club CC75 and the Strade Bianchi.  

    Our passion for mountain biking and adventure has brought us to the untouched beauty of the Western Cape in South Africa. Since 2023 we are proud to be a partner and co-organizer of our own Total Bikefitting Edition of the South Africa MTB Experience. On November 11th we will travel with a group of 12 participants for our 3rd Edition and the November 2025 edition is already on the calendar!

    We invite you to our Total Bikefitting studio in Nijverdal for a professional analysis and measurement. A nice combination to cycle the MTB route Hellendoorn and tell you all about our unforgettable experiences and future events. See you in Nijverdal.

    Staggered payment

    We offer the possibility to choose an installment payment. The first term is a deposit of € 500 (directly at the time of booking). The second installment is the remaining payment 2 months before the start of the event you have booked.

    Yes it is possible! With your MTB Club, group of friends, company or bike store you can put together your own edition of the South Africa MTB Experience. Request an online introduction with us and we will explain all the possibilities.

    Event types

    If you scroll through the events you will read whether it is private, exclusive or open. An Open Event can be booked by anyone. Exclusive Events are booked if you are invited by an MTB Club, a company or bike store.
