have read and agree to the general travel conditions of Zuid Afrika MTB Experience B.V. (ZA MTB Experience);
That I realize that ZA MTB Experience cannot be held liable for any damage, whether material or immaterial, caused by and during participation in this activity;
that having materials and equipment is my own responsibility and that I realize that ZA MTB Experience cannot be held liable for materials and equipment provided through ZA MTB Experience engaged third parties;
That I am fully aware of the risks that participation in mountain biking in South Africa may involve;
That I have the fitness, level and ability to participate in this activity and that I am responsible for evaluating this myself;
that my participation is entirely at my own risk and that I am adequately insured for damages and injuries that may unexpectedly result from participation in this activity;
that I am in good health, that I am medically fit to participate in this activity and have communicated all relevant information regarding my health (such as use of medication) to ZA MTB Experience;
be fully aware of the risks that mountain biking and outdoor adventure activities can involve;
That I will follow all instructions from ZA MTB Experience and/or the (external) guide and if I fail to do so that I may be excluded from the activity;
That I am at least 18 years old;
That I will not drink alcohol during the day before mountain biking;
That I agree to this indemnification statement by placing a check mark at the time of booking;
That I certify that I have read and fully understand this indemnification statement.
