| Saturday | Arrive, prepare your bikes, enjoy an easy warm-up ride at Lourensford Trails and end the day with a traditional South African braai at YEBO. |
| Sunday | Ride the fast-flowing Banhoek Trails in the morning, enjoy lunch, explore the iconic Jonkershoek Trails in the afternoon, and finish the day with dinner at Longridge Wine Estate. |
| Monday | Ride the iconic 6 Estates Trails, discover Eden Forest, enjoy a scenic stop at Stellenzicht Wine Estate, conquer the famous Ernie Els rock slabs, explore Dornier Trails and finish the day with dinner at Mont Marie in the heart of the Cape Winelands. |
| Tuesday | Ride the spectacular Plaisir and Boschendal Trails, experience the rugged landscapes of the Cape Winelands, enjoy a challenging day on the bike, and unwind with a sundowner followed by a traditional bobotie dinner at YEBO. |

| Saturday | Helderberg Trails for the final ride – challenging and adventurous, climbing all the way to the top before letting the brakes go on fast, flowing trails. From 12:00, we gather in the boma for a final evaluation and farewell with Team YEBO and our guides, followed by lunch at Vergelegen Wine Estate and check-out at 17:00. |

Wij zijn Axel Sman en Michelle Zacht: naast onze fulltime banen brengen we het liefst zoveel mogelijk tijd door op de fiets, in binnen én buitenland.
We houden van avontuur en dat combineren we graag met een goeie kop koffie en een stuk taart. Daarnaast zoeken we regelmatig de uitdaging op tijdens (meerdaagse) mountainbike-marathons.
Onze fietsavonturen speelden zich tot nu toe af in Europa. We hebben al ontzettend veel mooie plekken gezien en bijzondere momenten beleefd. Wat we meemaken delen we graag via Instagram en Strava. Niet omdat het moet, maar omdat het hopelijk inspireert, verbindt en het ons al veel nieuwe ideeën en mooie ontmoetingen heeft opgeleverd.
De droom om ooit de Cape Epic te rijden heeft iedere mountainbiker, maar is voor velen onrealistisch. Daarom besloten we Zuid-Afrika op een andere manier te ontdekken. In december 2025 reisden we af met MTB Zuid Afrika — en eerlijk gezegd waren we na een paar dagen al verkocht. Door de enorme diversiteit aan trails, de overweldigende natuur, de hartelijke mensen, en zeker ook door het fantastische eten. Zuid-Afrika bleek niet zomaar een mooie bestemming, maar een plek waar je als mountainbiker verliefd op wordt.
We wisten meteen: hier willen we terugkomen. En niet alleen voor onszelf, maar om deze ervaring te delen met een groep gelijkgestemden. Samen fietsen, samen genieten, samen beleven. Social riding staat centraal, zonder de aandacht voor de omgeving te verliezen en altijd met voldoende uitdaging op routes die je tot de mooiste van je leven zult rekenen.
